Professional titles
The statutory professional title "Patentanwalt" or "Patentanwältin" is granted by the Federal Republic of Germany. The professional title "European Patent Attorney" is granted by the European Patent Office.
The professional titles European Trademark Attorney and European Design Attorney may be used by professionals entered on the list of professional representatives before the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
